Description

We start with the freshest milk from our girls, Fiona, Wanda, Ruby, Black Diamond, and Opal.  After a little heat up we add MM 100 Mesophilic, few drops of animal rennet and a pinch of Himalayan salt and there you have it!  We pride ourselves on quality with no additives, and we just know you will taste the difference.
