Description

Our dear friends at Finley Farms in Gardner had pasture-raised our filet beef.  Their meat is never treated with hormones and is antibiotic-free, grain-finished, and dry-aged for 14-21 days.  All meat is processed under USDA inspection at Bauman’s in Ottawa.
