We start with the freshest milk from our girls, Fiona, Wanda, Ruby, Eleven, and Opal. After a little heat up we add citric acid, rennet and a pinch of Himalayan salt and there you have it, a delicious goat cheese! Fromage Blanc is a fresh, easy-to-make cheese of French origin. It makes an excellent cheese spread when mixed with herbs and spices, it can also be used as a substitute for cream cheese or ricotta in cooking.
