Description

This beef was pasture raised by our dear friends at Finley Farms in Gardner.  Their meat is never treated with hormones, is antibiotic free, grain finished and dry-aged for 14-21 days.  All meat is processed under USDA inspection at Bauman’s in Ottawa.
