Farmers Cheese


Incredibly versatile, farmer cheese can be eaten with bread or crackers or crumbled on top of salads. This Farmer’s Cheese recipe will give you soft, crumbly cheese that’s fresh and tastes incredible every single time!

Our cheese starts with the best milk from our very own goats.  We heat up the milk to just the right temperature and add vinegar at just the right time.  Cutting the curds is my favorite part!  Last we strain out the cheese curds to remove the whey. The very last step is to add the flavoring.  We play to experiment with these so please let us know what you like and what you don’t like in the comments.
